ALL emergency x-rays as needed and when necessary as part of other services

20% off all restorative, surgical, and cosmetic treatments

*For additional adults on the same plan, eligible household members are defined as spouse, domestic partner, or child aged 14 years or older that live at the same physical address

*Children are defined as thorough age 13
